Return Window

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. The return period starts from the date your package is marked as delivered.

Item Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all labels attached
  • Free from damage, disassembly or alterations

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Return Shipping

Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned

  • Customer specific or non-standard products

How to Request a Return

  • We’ll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions
  • Pack your item securely and send it to the provided address
